The Adams Foster Foster family is led by lesbian couple Stef Foster and Lena Adams, and the show follows their life. Stef is a police officer, and Lena is the vice-principal of a school. In their home in San Diego, California, the two of them strive to raise their biological son and four other adopted teenagers.
